Burpengary has some of the widest range of block sizes on our Moreton Bay run. In one morning a crew might cut a 400sqm lawn in a brand new estate, then head across to Burpengary East to mow a block several times that size. We service both, plus Narangba and Morayfield next door.

What Happens on Each Visit
A standard visit means the full lawn is mowed, every edge is trimmed, and the clippings are blown clear of the driveway, footpaths and entertaining areas. Without a green bin on site, we cart the clippings off ourselves. How often you book does not change any of it.
From Estate Lots to Acreage
Burpengary splits into two quite different kinds of mowing.
The new estates. Developments like Sage in Burpengary and Botany in Burpengary East have a mix of lot sizes, with plenty of smaller, low-maintenance blocks. Front and back lawns are small and tidy, which keeps visits short and the price at the low end of our range. The main thing to plan around is access, since side paths between homes are often tight.
Acreage in Burpengary East. Parts of Burpengary East are still semi-rural, with larger rural residential blocks mixed in among the smaller suburban ones. Lawns that size are a different job: long runs of fence line, open paddock-style grass, driveways that go back a long way, and often a shed or two to edge around. Growth over a big area also adds up quickly in summer, so these properties usually suit a fortnightly schedule through the warmer months.

Burpengary Pricing
Most estate lawns in Burpengary start at $77 a visit. Pricing up to 1,000sqm follows our standard scale:

Acreage and anything else over 1,000sqm gets its own quote, worked out from the lawn area and how the block is laid out. On any size of property, slopes, narrow access or lots of garden beds take longer and are factored in.
When the Grass Is Already Long
If the lawn is above about 30cm on day one, the first cut is slower and needs heavier gear. On a large Burpengary East block that can be a big job, so we will flag the one-off overgrowth charge before we start. It usually sits between $50 and $200 depending on size and condition. Your normal fixed price applies from visit two.

Estate lots usually come in at the $77 starting rate. Larger yards move up our size scale, and acreage is quoted individually. You will know the exact per-visit price before the first mow.
Yes. Larger semi-rural blocks are a regular part of our Burpengary run. Let us know the rough size of the lawn area and anything we need to work around, and we will send back a fixed quote.
Under Queensland’s noise rules, powered garden equipment like mowers and blowers generally cannot be used before 7am or after 7pm Monday to Saturday, or before 8am or after 7pm on Sundays and public holidays. Our crews work within those hours, so you will never have a mower starting up outside the window.
Yes, both are on our Burpengary run. If your address is outside the area we currently service, we will tell you upfront when you ask for a quote.
