What You Get Each Visit
Our crews mow all of the lawn, front and back, trim the edges along beds, paths and fences, and blow the clippings off the driveway and any paving. If there is no green waste bin at the property, the clippings leave with us. That standard does not change whether you book weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Family Estates on the Northern Gold Coast
Many Upper Coomera homes are in estates built over the past couple of decades, places like Coomera Springs and Highland Reserve, filled with young families close to the local schools and Westfield Coomera. Busy households are exactly why a regular mowing booking makes sense here: the lawn gets done on schedule, and the weekend stays free for sport, school events and everything else.
Not every block is flat and simple, though. Some estates in and around Upper Coomera are built on rising ground, and a sloping yard is slower and harder to mow than a level one of the same size.
Sloping Blocks: A Real Example
Here is a recent job from Willow Vale, right next door. The block is about 550sqm, which on a flat block would sit at our $77 starting rate. This one is on a heavy slope, so it takes noticeably longer to cut safely and evenly. The customer pays $99 a visit.

Lawn mowing in Upper Coomera starts from $77 a visit. On a level, easy-access block, size sets the price:

Slopes, tight side access and lawns split up by garden beds all take extra time, and that is reflected in the quote. Once agreed, the price stays fixed for every visit.
If the Lawn Has Been Left a While
A lawn taller than about 30cm takes longer and needs heavier equipment on the first visit. We will let you know before starting that a one-off overgrowth charge applies, usually somewhere from $50 to $200 based on lawn size and condition. It covers the first cut only, and every visit after that is charged at your normal rate.

Usually, yes, because a slope takes longer to mow well. As an example, a 550sqm lawn on a steep block in Willow Vale costs $99 a visit, compared with $77 for the same size on flat ground.
