Morayfield, especially Morayfield South, is one of the biggest growth areas in Moreton Bay, and we have brought on extra crews in the region this year so new customers are not left waiting for a start date. We mow right across the suburb, from the brand new streets in Kinma Valley and Montrose to the older, roomier blocks heading toward Upper Caboolture.
Bookings run weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Nothing locks you in, so if the lawn slows down or you are away for a few weeks, you can change the schedule or put it on hold.
Your price is set before the first mow. We work the quote out from your address and a few details about the yard, so there is no waiting around for someone to walk the block, and you hear back the same day.

Each visit covers the whole lawn, front and back. We trim the edges along paths, garden beds and fences, then clear the clippings off the driveway and paved areas. No green waste bin? We take the clippings away with us. Booking weekly, fortnightly or monthly changes how often we come, not what gets done.
Small Estate Lots and Bigger Established Blocks
Morayfield has two very different kinds of yard, and they are often only a few streets apart.
Most of the new estates, including Kinma Valley, Montrose and Affinity in Morayfield South, are built on compact modern lots with smaller yards. The lawn is small, but the houses sit close together and the only way into the backyard is usually a narrow side path. The upside is that these lawns almost always fall into our lowest price bracket.
The older parts of the suburb and the semi-rural edges toward Upper Caboolture are a different job. Blocks there are much larger, Morayfield also has older, roomier blocks and some semi-rural acreage, where there is a lot more grass to cover, with long fence lines and established trees to work around. They take longer and are priced to match.

Morayfield Pricing
For a typical new estate lot, mowing in Morayfield starts at $77 a visit. Larger blocks move up the scale with size:

Size is only part of the picture. A slope, a tight side gate or a yard broken up by garden beds all add time, which is why two blocks with the same area can be quoted differently. Anything over 1,000sqm is quoted individually.
First Cut on an Overgrown Lawn
If the grass is taller than about 30cm on our first visit, it needs a slower cut and heavier equipment. We will tell you about the one-off overgrowth charge before any work starts. It usually falls between $50 and $200 depending on the block, and it applies to that first visit only. From the second visit on, you pay your regular price.

Yes. Grass growth slows right down in the cooler months, so you can move from fortnightly to monthly until spring and switch back when it picks up. There is no contract, so you can change it whenever you like.
