Lawn Mowing Services
North Lakes
North Lakes and the estates around it are master-planned, which means compact blocks and lawns that are neat squares rather than sprawling yards.
That sounds like the easy version of this job. In practice it is the one where the finish matters most, because everything is visible from the street and every house on the block is held to the same standard.
We mow across North Lakes, Mango Hill, Griffin and Murrumba Downs. Every booking is recurring, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with no lock-in contract.

Smaller blocks, lower price
Compact estate lawns usually sit in the bottom band, which for most North Lakes homes means $77 a visit.
| Lawn size | Price from |
|---|---|
| Up to 550sqm | $77 |
| Up to 700sqm | $88 |
| Up to 850sqm | $99 |
| Up to 1,000sqm | $132 |
Because the blocks around here are fairly uniform, quoting is usually quick. Send through a few details and you will have a fixed price back the same day. No site inspection, no call-out fee, and the price does not change once we start.
Where estate lawns actually go wrong
The mistake with a small lawn is treating it as a small job.
On a quarter-acre block a slightly rough edge disappears. On a North Lakes frontage it is the first thing anyone sees, and it sits right next to a neighbour’s lawn that was cut properly. The mow itself takes a fraction of the time. The edging and the blow-off are what make it look finished, and those take the same care they would on a much bigger property.
So that is where the time goes on these jobs. Clean edges along the path, the driveway and every garden bed, then the clippings blown off the concrete rather than left to wash into the gutter.
Weekly is cheaper here than most people think
Weekly and fortnightly cost the same per visit. That surprises people, and it matters more on a compact block than anywhere else.
A small lawn cut weekly never has time to get long, so it stays a quick job and the price holds. Stretch it out to monthly and it costs about $30 more per visit, because the grass gets thick enough to slow the mower down and the clippings pile up. On a big acreage block that trade-off is worth weighing. On a North Lakes frontage, weekly usually wins on both price and appearance.
What Every Visit Covers
We mow all the lawn areas, edge every edge, and blow the clippings off your driveway, paths and patio before we leave. Where there is no green waste bin, we take the clippings away with us.
FAQ
Questions? We have answers.
Most homes here are in the smallest size band, so $77 a visit covers a lot of them. You get the exact price confirmed before the first visit.
Fortnightly is the most common choice, moving to weekly through the peak of spring and summer growth. Compact blocks do tend to hold their look a little longer between visits than bigger yards.
We run a crew through North Lakes and the surrounding estates, including Mango Hill, Griffin and Murrumba Downs. If your street sits outside that round we will tell you rather than take the booking anyway.
Yes, for plan-managed NDIS participants. Gardening is not available under NDIS funding because of the capped hourly rate, though we are happy to quote it separately as a private job.
No. Every booking is weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Keeping lawns on a schedule is what lets us hold a fixed price.
